The human body needs nutrient elements and vitamins to renew cells and function properly; therefore, their lack leads to the development of various diseases. At the same time, malnutrition is dangerous due to exhaustion and weakness of all body systems, but most often, people cannot cope with it due to a lack of money to buy quality or even sometimes any food. At the same time, people who consciously choose junk food and refuse healthy meals simply do not think about the consequences of their behavior. For example, constant overeating leads to overweight and obesity, which is the cause of cardiovascular problems and diabetes. Even with an average calorie intake derived from junk food, a person has a higher chance of getting a disease. Moreover, often the consequences manifest themselves after years of such nutrition and result in serious health problems.

In conclusion, an example of an unhealthy diet demonstrates how different causes lead to the same effect. Although the consequences partially differ in the form and degree of their manifestation, they still have the same negative impact on human health. Conscious refusal and unwillingness to eat healthy food regularly is an irrational and unfair choice for those people who cannot afford it since it ruins the bodies of people. Therefore, a timely understanding of acts and deeds effects is key to addressing its causes.
