The globe is diversifying not only in the equality and learners discrimination but also in the improvement of learning techniques to facilitate equity. For instance, there have been developments of special devices to enhance easy learning for people with disabilities.
Without paying much attention to the obvious printing devices and computer-facilitated learning, new machines have been developed to help learners with disabilities where studying is performed through picture facilitated communication systems or speech generating devices.
It is an entire body of knowledge, allowing accessibility to knowledge for all. The learning theory is a divergent opinion of scholars developed from several such components as concepts, principles, definitions, typologies, classifications, causal relationships, and models.
In other fields, the governments have paid attention in considering the needs of individuals with disabilities through such aspects as the provision of transport vehicles for them, especially in the higher institutions.
Recent efforts to implement various legislations such as the Common Core State Standards and the No Child Left Behind Act are supplements for addressing the needs of all learners without discrimination (National Education Association 2011). Failure to comply with these regulations can lead to suing of the victims implying that all people will respect the conditions.
Research has been made efficient before the establishment of the national center for education statistics where data for analysis and investigation purposes can be retrieved (U.S. Department of Education Institute of Education Sciences n.d.). In this regard, adequate discoveries and finding directed towards providing quality education will avail.
Through conducting research and program evaluations, Institute of International Education (IIE) provides advice and counseling session to the student (Institute of International Education, 2011). Various publications from the United States provide references for advisers, domestic students, non-governmental organizations, foundations, and international governmental agencies.
Most recently, I brought together the EU in Washington D.C and delegates from 15 countries for the 2012 International Education Summit (Institute of International Education, Inc 2011). The main aim was to discuss educational cooperation among nations, evaluate national priorities, and enhance policy dialogue among IIE’s researchers. IIE’s research projects include the Global Education Research Reports, Open Doors, and Project Atlas.
It is, therefore, apparent that transformation is justified since there is hardly any competitive society without education. It is, also, evident from the support given by professionals and public figures whose field includes academic, business, police, public health, media, and churches, among other policymakers.
